Tournament Overview
This tournament will be a Team Fortress 2, 1v1 Soldier Tournament. The rounds will be played the way a standard GWL TF2 1v1 Soldier match would be played.

The format for this tournament will be single elimination, winner takes all. A qualifier round will be conducted to determine seating and who makes it into the first official round. Any player may join.

TF2 - 1v1 Soldier Tournament Page

To register for the GWL TF2 1v1 Soldier Tournament, any player can go to their GWL "Player Profile" page and click the <Join a Competition> button and select the TF2 1v1 Soldier Tournament (plz make sure you have TF2 selected in your GWL player profile or you won't see TF2 competition listed as eligible to join). Players can also join by clicking the <SIGN UP> button above. All players must have a registered STEAM ID at GWL. Players can manage their player TF2 GUID through their player profile page via <Manage GUIDS> following the procedure dictated in the GWL TF2 Game Rules.

Tournament Maps
The maps included in the GWL random map generator for all rounds in this tournament can be found HERE. Maps randomly generated for any round will stand as the map to play for ALL teams in the round and is non-negotiable by any team.

Legal stuff If you are under the age of 18, you must have legal guardian or parental consent before participating in this Global Warfighter event. By registering, you hereby affirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have received legal guardian or parental consent to participate in this event. A minimum of 32 players in tournament's Round 1 is required for this tournament to qualify for the prize award. Tournament open to North American residents only. In order to receive any prize package, event winner must disclose personal address and e-mail information to Global Warfighter staff when requested. This information will only be used for prize shipments. Cheating, submitting FALSE registration information and/or using multiple accounts will forfeit any winnings.
