Over time, the resource sections at GWL have been primarily only what was needed to compete at GWL (patches, maps, mods, etc). The only ones who have been posting there is the admins here at GWL. I'd like to see that change and I'm not sure everyone knows.. but these sections were originally set up with the intention that they'd be a wiki of sorts for anyone who wanted to post "anything" in regards to a game or competition here at GWL. Not just GWL admins can post there.. but anyone here at GWL has the permissions to post in the resource section. If you wrote the resource... you can also edit/update it at any time.

There is also a grading system to the specific resource at the bottom so anyone can also "vote" as to how helpful the resource was to them and in general over time, your resource gains a rating based on members who used it. Resource download's, strategy guides, freeware/shareware, maps, mods, Game FAQ's, Modding guides, etc. can all be posted.

The same rules for posting in the forums pertain to the resource section (GWL Site Rules). If a resource posted is inappropriate or isn't defined as a resource by us, you can expect it to be removed. It's not another forum, it's a resource section where GWL members can go to get a resource.

When posting.. make sure you have the game selected that you're posting the resource for, and also what type of resource it is. You can also put in a resource URL if there's a site for the source of the information, and the edit text window works the same as it does in the forum.
